The Balance of State Housing Provider Metric Dashboard provides a detailed graphical depiction of various metrics used to determine how well housing program in the Arizona BOS are achieving their objectives. Housing programs in HMIS include the following program types: Rapid Re-Housing, Permanent Supportive Housing, Permanent Housing, and Other Permanent Housing.

The Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) team at Solari Crisis & Human Services developed a Race Equity Provider Toolkit to help organizations analyze the racial equity of programs and use those findings to improve access to care and service delivery for people experiencing homelessness. The Toolkit consists of the Racial Disparities in Homelessness Dashboard alongside the Race Equity Toolkit Business Objects report. The dashboard presents racial disparities in poverty and homelessness in the state of Arizona. The Business Objects report provides the following data for specific agencies and programs:

  • Reasons for Homelessness
  • Length of Stay
  • Time between Entry and HMID
  • Rates of HMID and Engagement
  • Exit Destination
  • Death Rates

Maricopa Built for Zero Dashboard

The BFZ Dashboards are detailed and extensive tools based on HMIS and community data that illustrates if our COC is achieving set metrics to work towards “functional zero” and resolve homelessness in the Veteran, Family and Youth sub-populations.  BFZ has multiple dashboards that can be filtered for inflow and outflow details as well as major shifts (more than 6 differences between this month and the previous) in the data. The tool will also display a scorecard of which standards our community is meeting.
