Agency Administrator (AA) Webinar

Some HMIS users have accounts set up with the “Agency Administrator” (AA) role. They have increased tools and access but also additional training needs, including the Monthly Agency Administrator Training webinar.

Our monthly, mandatory, webinar helps your agencies get the most out of HMIS through direct, meaningful content around a variety of topics including reporting, data quality, and changes to workflows.

Retrieve webinar notes from previous training which include relevant Q&A’s from the training. We record the webinar as well – the video link is sent directly to every current user who has an “Agency Administrator” account.

Check back to review instructional documentation on commonly used AA tools.
