DWEL-AZ
The Data Warehouse Enterprise for Linkage Arizona (DWEL-AZ) is a Statewide data integration program aimed at effective and efficient coordination of care solutions and generating data informed insights.
Fragmented and limited access to data hinders our ability to successfully serve Arizonans in need. DWEL-AZ will allow for an integration of information from various systems of care to truly unlock the power of this data.
Cross organizational efforts to propel data insights
The DWEL-AZ program has partnerships with some of Arizona’s largest homelessness and healthcare data resources to comprise the Statewide data warehouse. This cross organizational effort is comprised of Arizona’s three HUD-defined Continua of Care (CoCs) and their Homeless Management Information Systems, and AHCCCS.

Allows agencies to streamline eligibility confirmation for individuals and households.

Records previous places you have received services, making it easier to get information to you, especially when housing may have been found.
