Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) Street Outreach Viewer
The BFZ Dashboards are detailed and extensive tools based on HMIS and community data that illustrates if our COC is achieving set metrics to work towards “functional zero” and resolve homelessness in the Veteran, Family and Youth sub-populations. BFZ has multiple dashboards that can be filtered for inflow and outflow details as well as major shifts (more than 6 differences between this month and the previous) in the data. The tool will also display a scorecard of which standards our community is meeting.

Subpopulation Access and Performance Toolkit (MAR and BOS)
The Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) team at Solari Crisis & Human Services developed a Race Equity Provider Toolkit to help organizations analyze the racial equity of programs and use those findings to improve access to care and service delivery for people experiencing homelessness. The Toolkit consists of the Racial Disparities in Homelessness Dashboard alongside the Race Equity Toolkit Business Objects report. The dashboard presents racial disparities in poverty and homelessness in the state of Arizona.
