Bridging the Gap Between Hope and Health

We empower Arizonans to live healthier lives.

Research shows that conditions in the places where people live, learn, work, and play affect a wide range of health risks and outcomes.

Community Support Network (CSN) connects individuals in Arizona to services and resources that can help them enhance their quality of life through access to housing, education, public safety, healthy foods, and local emergency services. CSN is a division of Solari Crisis & Human Services.
